YOFOTO, one of the fastest growing direct sales companies in South East Asia with more than 4000 employees across the region, were looking to expand their network, beginning with an incentive trip for their top sales elite. This needed to be a culturally sensitive reward for those who had fuelled the companies’ profitability and required the services of dedicated Mandarin speaking MICE professionals and skilled interpreters in order to foster communication between a large and diverse multinational group. A distinct further level of reward was also needed for the companies VVIP’s.
Arabian Adventures, Meetings, Incentives and Events drew on its extensive local knowledge and resources to create a series of unique and memorable experiences for this top-tier of high sellers. Arriving in two waves, guests were met at the airport by friendly, multilingual guides, immediately drawing the nationalities together. They were then transferred in a fleet of luxury coaches to their hotels, receiving a first glimpse of this exciting city on the way. The VVIP’s meanwhile were chauffeured in a series of classic Rolls Royce’ and stretched Hummer limousines.
The following morning, now fully rested and integrated, the group was treated to an off-road safari in the legendary Empty Quarter - the world’s largest dune desert, enjoying lunch amidst this most iconic of landscapes, followed by a private cruise on traditional dhow boats around the myriad, man-made islands that dot the beautiful Dubai coastline. After a day of history, next came an injection of adrenaline, as the group was whisked away to Ferrari World on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, home to the world’s fastest rollercoaster – The Formula Rossa, culminating in a gala dinner at the sumptuous Burj Al Arab ballroom attended by members of the Dubai royal family.
A large and diverse multinational group was given a taste of this exciting region - both historic and modern, and suitably incentivised for their continued support and loyalty.
